a. In 2000, more than 4.6 million Californians casted their votes
to define marriage as union between a man and a woman. In 2008, four judges took away the rights of these voters and force them, and their future generations, to accept same-sex marriage. In Nov 2008, Californian voters passed Prop 8
to recognize constitutionally only one man and one woman in
marriage. Homosexual groups, however, threatened churches
Prop8, in an attempt to disqualify the people's votes. Their
behavior shows that they are above the law. Also, democratic
elections do not matter if they are not pleased with the result.
b. For people who do not believe in same-sex marriage, their
objection becomes "hate speech". They can even be
prosecuted under "hate crime laws" for not agreeing with
same-sex marriage.
c. Parents who do not believe in same-sex marriage are now
school which taught his 6 year old kindergarten son about homosexuality.
d. Children would be taught without the parents consent that gay
marriage is the same as traditional marriage. With a different
ideology being taught repeatedly, they may eventually hate their
parents for being traditional.


e. Churches would not be allowed to teach parts of the Bible,
because some verses would become "hate speech". In
